MEP Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for understanding the basic design concepts of Electrical, ELV, FTTH, Solar, DG, sub-station, Low & Medium voltage distribution for residential & commercial buildings. This includes studying design-built drawings, providing critical analysis for value engineering, techno-commercial aspects, maintenance, Electricity act, and NBC. Additionally, you will review BOQ and Tenders, provide comments for vendor finalization, and manage vendors from kick-off meetings to project handover. Your role will also involve resolving site issues by coordinating with various stakeholders, communicating with Power Supply Agency, BMC, MERC & MPCB as needed, focusing on cost-effective solutions, fostering innovation, and demonstrating digital acumen. Moreover, you should have the motivation to advance within the organization, share knowledge with colleagues, and help subordinates progress to higher levels. You should be capable of independent billing and audit. Key Responsibilities: - Understand and analyze the basic design concepts related to Electrical, ELV, FTTH, Solar, DG, sub-station, Low & Medium voltage distribution. - Study design-built drawings and provide critical analysis for value engineering, techno-commercial aspects, maintenance, Electricity act, and NBC. - Review BOQ and Tenders, provide comments for vendor finalization. - Manage vendors from kick-off meetings to project handover, including day-to-day management, resource management, and schedule management. - Coordinate with various stakeholders to resolve site issues, involving Civil, Finishing, Structural, Architect, Consultant, BMC, Electrical Inspector, Customer, Sales team, Contract team, design, safety, and quality team. - Communicate with Power Supply Agency, BMC, MERC & MPCB as required. - Focus on cost-effective solutions, innovation, and digital acumen. - Demonstrate motivation for personal and organizational growth, share knowledge with colleagues, and mentor subordinates. - Conduct independent billing and audit.
