Role & responsibilities About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented MEP Engineer Electrical to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Hospitals, Medical Institute and residential projects and a strong understanding of electrical systems, coordination with MEP services, and on-site execution. Key Responsibilities: Electrical Systems Design, review, and oversee the installation of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, and communication networks. Calculate electrical loads and determine suitable equipment specifications. Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations. Coordinate electrical layouts with architects and other engineering disciplines. Mechanical & Plumbing Coordination Collaborate with MEP teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical (HVAC) and plumbing systems. Review and coordinate drawings to prevent design clashes during execution. Conduct site inspections to verify installations as per approved drawings and standards. Project Coordination & Management Work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors for timely execution of MEP works. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design, schedule, and quality requirements. Address and resolve any technical or on-site issues promptly. Cost & Quality Management Assist in estimating MEP costs and preparing project budgets. Identify cost-saving measures without compromising on quality. Conduct inspections and ensure quality control as per project specifications and standards. Preferred candidate profile B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering. 3-15 years of experience in Hospitals and education Institute or large-scale residential projects. Strong understanding of MEP coordination and execution at site level. Knowledge of relevant electrical and safety codes. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
