Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (Electrical Engineering)

Job Responsibilities:

• Candidates should have exposure in the MEP works of multi-storied commercial buildings.
• Detail Study of MEP (Electrical, HVAC,STP, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, solid waste) technical drawings, specifications, and determining the MEP requirements of a project.
• Coordination meeting with MEP services, Civil, Structural etc., for smooth progress of the work.
• Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project including certificates, calibration, test results, Material & Work inspection requests.
• Prepare site instructions relating to building MEP services as required and issue to PM;
• Diagnosing problems and troubleshooting if required.
• Time to Time reporting to management and seniors
• Preparation of client bills, quantity analysis and estimation.
• Preparing schedule for MEP related work in coordination with civil work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

• Day shift
