About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented MEP Engineer Electrical to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in group housing projects and a strong understanding of electrical systems, coordination with MEP services, and on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Systems

• Design, review, and oversee the installation of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, and communication networks.
• Calculate electrical loads and determine suitable equipment specifications.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate electrical layouts with architects and other engineering disciplines.

Mechanical & Plumbing Coordination

• Collaborate with MEP teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical (HVAC) and plumbing systems.
• Review and coordinate drawings to prevent design clashes during execution.
• Conduct site inspections to verify installations as per approved drawings and standards.

Project Coordination & Management

• Work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors for timely execution of MEP works.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design, schedule, and quality requirements.
• Address and resolve any technical or on-site issues promptly.

Cost & Quality Management

• Assist in estimating MEP costs and preparing project budgets.
• Identify cost-saving measures without compromising on quality.
• Conduct inspections and ensure quality control as per project specifications and standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in group housing or large-scale residential projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP coordination and execution at site level.
• Knowledge of relevant electrical and safety codes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
