MEP Engineer

As a skilled Facility Manager with experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and office interiors, your role will involve planning, designing, and supervising interior fit-out projects while ensuring smooth coordination between civil and MEP services. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with MEP engineers to integrate HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. - Review MEP designs and ensure compliance with local building codes. - Troubleshoot issues related to MEP installations and suggest corrective actions. - Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project schedules. - Coordinate with architects, vendors, and contractors for timely project delivery. - Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards. - Manage the installation of furniture, lighting, and modular setups. - Ensure optimal space planning and ergonomic design solutions. - Conduct post-completion inspections and handle defect rectifications. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. - [7+] years of experience in MEP coordination, and office interiors. - Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and Primavera is a plus. - Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and material specifications. - Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams. In addition to the above, the following qualifications are preferred: - Experience in commercial office fit-out projects. - Knowledge of sustainable building materials and energy-efficient solutions. - Good communication skills.,
