Roles We’re Looking For:

• MEP Draftsman: Skilled in preparing detailed shop drawings, mark-ups, and coordination layouts.
• BIM Modeler: Proficient in Revit and Navisworks, with experience in clash detection and LOD-based modeling.
• MEP Designer: Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems with design documentation expertise.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools
• Knowledge of international codes and standards (ASHRAE, IPC, NEC, etc.)
• Ability to interpret design intent and coordinate across disciplines
• Strong communication and documentation skills
