Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Coordinator (Mechanical) located in Petta, Kochi. The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for managing BIM models, coordinating with the design and engineering teams, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements, and integrating multi-disciplinary design models. Additional tasks include supporting project management efforts and facilitating communication between project stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience in BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
Familiarity with Architectural and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services
Skills in Project Management and team coordination
Proficiency in software such as Bricsxad, AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
