MEP Design Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Bengaluru MEP design team (MEP & Firefighting).
• Ensure timely delivery and high-quality MEP design packages.
• Oversee design development from concept to IFC stage across multiple projects.
• Ensure compliance with relevant authority codes and approvals.
• Coordinate with international teams, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive QA/QC, sustainability, and energy-efficient design practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 25+ years of overall experience, with 10+ years in MEP design.
• 58 years in leadership or managerial roles.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, VRV systems, chillers, and district cooling.
• Experience with authority approvals and codes relevant to large-scale projects.
• Previous UAE project experience preferred.
