MEP Design Engineer

As the Manager / Senior Manager MEP (Mechanical Design) at DAMAC Properties, you will play a crucial role in leading the mechanical design development for large-scale residential and commercial projects in Noida. Your technical expertise and on-ground understanding will be essential in delivering efficient mechanical solutions that meet global standards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end Mechanical (MEP) design development for assigned projects. - Conduct thorough site assessments to ensure that designs accurately reflect real project conditions and constraints. - Perform HVAC design calculations, select equipment, and optimize systems for maximum efficiency. - Prepare and review drawings, technical specifications, and design documents to ensure quality and accuracy. - Collaborate closely with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to integrate services seamlessly. - Evaluate design feasibility, performance, and compliance with relevant codes and standards. - Provide innovative engineering solutions that uphold DAMAC's high quality and innovation benchmarks. Qualifications Required: - 7-15 years of experience in Mechanical or MEP design for large real estate or infrastructure projects. - Profound expertise in HVAC design, including heat load calculations, ducting, and piping systems. - Demonstrated ability to design systems from inception using engineering logic and practical on-site knowledge. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (MEP), and other relevant design software. - Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
