Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an MEP BIM Modeler located in Chennai. The MEP BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for MEP building services. Day-to-day tasks include developing construction drawings, ensuring models are clash-free and coordinated, and collaborating with architectural and construction teams to deliver detailed and accurate project drawings.

Qualifications

• Experience Required: 5-15+ Years
• BE /Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Knowledge of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
