We are looking for individuals who are not only effective communicators but also proactive team players eager to grow personally and professionally.We are seeking passionate and dedicated mentors who embody the following qualities and skills:

• Energetic, pleasant, and effective team players who bring positivity and collaboration to the learning environment.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Telugu.
• Age: Below 26 years.
• Commitment: A minimum of 3 hours daily is mandatory.
• Parental follow-up: Regular communication with parents is an essential part of the role.
• Teaching approach: Creative, interactive, and engaging, with a strong passion for teaching.
• Child-focused mindset: A genuine love for working with children and nurturing their growth.
• Technical proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with Zoom and Google Sheets.
• Equipment: Access to a laptop with stable Wi-Fi connectivity.
• Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Commitment: A strong willingness to commit for at least one year.
• Preference: Candidates with a UPSC background will be given priority.
