As a proactive team player, you should demonstrate a strong commitment to personal and professional growth. If you meet these criteria, we invite you to join our dedicated mentoring team. The qualities we are looking for in our mentors include being highly energetic, pleasant, and effective team players. It is essential to have strong communication skills in English and Telugu, as well as a creative, interactive teaching style. A genuine love for working with children, basic computer skills, and familiarity with tools like Zoom and Google Sheets are also important. Candidates must have access to a laptop with reliable internet connectivity (Wi-Fi). Freshers are welcome to apply, but all applicants must be willing to make a strong commitment of at least one year to the mentoring role. Candidates with a UPSC background will be given priority in the selection process.
