Skills / Abilities / Personal characteristics: Positive attitude and intrinsic motivation to work with children. Patience and ability to establish a good rapport with parents and children. Should be willing to understand the learning needs and associated behavioral problems of children. Good communication skills.

You will be exposed to Transactional Analysis techniques, Speech and Occupational therapy techniques. As a mentor you would be equipping the child to lead an independent life through education and life skill training.
