We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer NaOH Etching & IOX with expertise in wet and dry etching processes for semiconductor, MEMS, or microfabrication environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in process optimization, tool handling, and cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement and high-yield production. Roles & Responsibilities Develop, optimize, and maintain high-yield etching processes for crystalline silicon and dielectric materials (SiO, AlO, etc.).
