We are hiring Diploma Freshers for the role of Maintenance Technician. The candidate will be trained and developed to handle machine maintenance activities, including electrical, mechanical, and automation systems, in a high-tech manufacturing environment. Roles & Responsibilities Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Basic knowledge of PLC, Electrical & Mechanical Systems, Sensors, and Servo Systems . Support in Preventive, Predictive, and Breakdown Maintenance of machines. Assist in machine troubleshooting under guidance of senior engineers. Learn and follow standard safety, 5S, and Kaizen practices. Preferred Candidate Profile Qualification: Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related fields. Experience: Fresher (0 - 1 year). Good communication and learning mindset. Willingness to work in manufacturing/automation industry.
