Candidate Profile
· Candidate will have core competencies of Cooperating, Ownership, Integrity and Agility.
· Candidate will have specific competencies for the profile of analysing, structuring work, problem solving and adopting a customer-oriented attitude
· Self-starter, have high attention to detail and professionalism. Must be self-motivated and proactive as well as eager to learn and develop.
· Bachelor’s degree or above (Preferably a master’s degree holder) with a business, marketing, economics, sustainability or related discipline with minimum 3-5 years of work experience
· Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task and work in a matrix workflow and multi-cultural environment.
· Detailed knowledge on ESG and its indication for the business world as well as specific sustainability topics of national relevance and related policies of the Government of India.
· Preferably proven experiences in the sustainability fields in the customer service industry, businesses, professional organizations.
· Strong IT skills, excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and readiness to use in- house tools efficiently.
· Excellent command over English both written & verbal is a must, including the ability to communicate effectively. Command over Hindi and a regional language is beneficial.
· Willingness to travel when conditions allow for it.
· The candidate must conduct oneself in a harmonious, ethical and professional manner and must have high integrity.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
