Role Overview: As the Head of Membership and Events at Soho House Mumbai, you will be responsible for developing, acquiring, managing, and retaining members while overseeing an engaging members events program. Working closely with the General Manager and Regional Director, your key focus will be to ensure the membership committee maintains high standards and meets set targets by attracting quality new members. Key Responsibilities: - Own the full membership lifecycle, including driving the quality of membership applications and leading the approval process. - Create and host events to engage existing and prospective members. - Monitor member quality to align with the House Identity. - Handle member behavior issues and ensure personalized engagement with at-risk members. - Lead efforts to minimize churn and build strategic partnerships within the local community. - Manage the Membership Committee, fostering a collaborative team culture. - Track membership data and KPIs, staying informed about industry trends to inform membership strategy.
