Job Title: Member Relationship Executive

Experience: 2-6 Years

Industry: Sports Club / Gymkhana / Recreation Club

Location: South Mumbai (Onsite)

Role Overview

  • We are looking for a warm, organized, and service-focused Member Relationship Executive to maintain strong relationships with club members, support membership operations, and ensure a smooth, premium experience for all guests and members.
  • The ideal candidate has prior experience in clubs, gymkhanas, hospitality, or member-based organisations .

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for club members and prospective members.
  • Handle member onboarding, registrations, renewals, and documentation.
  • Assist members with queries related to club facilities, events, schedules, and services.
  • Manage day-to-day member services desk / reception as required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sports coaches, F&B, admin, events, billing) to deliver seamless service.
  • Support membership drives, promotions, and new member acquisition activities.
  • Maintain accurate member records and ensure timely renewals.
  • Manage communication with members through WhatsApp, emails, calls, and digital platforms.
  • Support event management: member meets, tournaments, cultural functions, and club activities.
  • Collect feedback and escalate concerns to management for resolution.
  • Ensure high service standards aligned with the premium club/gymkhana environment.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2-6 years of experience in customer service, membership handling, hospitality, gymkhana/club management, or front-desk operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving ability.
  • Professional, polite, and member-centric approach.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced club environment.
  • Basic computer skills: MS Office, CRM or membership management systems.
  • Ability to work during events, weekends, or peak club hours (if required).
  • Preferred Background
  • Experience in sports clubs, gymkhanas, fitness centers, hotels, or premium hospitality.
  • Understanding of membership models and member experience management.
  • Event coordination experience (sports & social events).
