Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist at our organization, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical assistance to Grasim users. This includes addressing any issues related to hardware, software, or network connectivity in a timely and efficient manner. Your primary duties will involve receiving and verifying materials, as well as following up with internal teams to ensure that work is completed promptly. You will also be responsible for monitoring the execution of site-related tasks in collaboration with the Site IT Lead. Additionally, you will play a key role in extending network connectivity to temporary office setups at various locations within the site. This will require coordination with IT and OT vendors to facilitate project-related activities and ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
