Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat focused on banking products/services.
Assist with account queries, transaction status, online banking issues, and product info.
Follow SOPs to ensure compliance with banking policies and regulations.
Maintain accurate records and escalate complex cases as needed.
Deliver professional and empathetic customer service.
Collaborate with teams to enhance service quality.
Stay updated on banking products and technology.

Qualifications:

Experience in banking chat support or financial customer service.
Knowledge of banking products, procedures, and regulations.
Strong written communication and multitasking skills.
Proficient with chat platforms and CRM systems.
High school diploma or higher; finance-related education preferred.
Willingness to work shifts, including weekends/holidays.

Preferred:

Mandatory Graduation and BPO/process outsourcing experience in banking domain.
Familiarity with digital banking platforms.
Fluency in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
