Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle international calls from customers across various countries, including UK and US.
Provide excellent customer service to resolve customer queries and concerns.
Work on a rotational shift schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Meet performance targets for quality, productivity, and sales metrics.
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.

Minimum 6months of experience needed into international voice process.

Freshers are not eligible.
