Job Description-
-selling bank products like Current and Savings Accounts (CASA) to individuals and businesses, building relationships with new and existing clients, and meeting sales targets.
- Key responsibilities include lead generation, client needs assessment, product presentation, account activation, cross-selling other banking products, and providing post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Candidates typically need strong sales, communication, and networking skills, a goal-oriented attitude, and often a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
Acquire new Current and Savings Account (CASA) clients.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their banking needs.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sales opportunities.
Utilize a deep understanding of the bank's products and services to cross-sell and up-sell.
Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve organizational goals.
Prepare regular reports and updates on sales activities and customer feedback.
