Dear Candidate,

Please find the details for the role of Medicos -

Key Requirement: BPT/BDS/BAMS/BUMS/BHMS

"Claims Processing" + "Claims Settlement" + "Claims Management" for Retail Claims

Review of A&H claims and assisting customers through call and email, where there is need or request of medico call back.
Coordination with all the TLs & CSRs on the Contact Center floor to provide end to end resolution for the customer queries for better customer experience.
Liaising between the internal teams- RLMU, Claims, U/W to provide faster processing of claims.
Providing additional support to other support channels for health claims.
Conducting induction programs for CSRs/TLs on claim processes and to deal with them.
