MedicoLegal Scheduler Night Shift

You will be joining our team as a MedicoLegal Scheduler for night shifts, providing administrative, scheduling, and coordination support for medico-legal cases handled by US-based legal teams and physicians. This role requires dedication, proactiveness, and a commitment to long-term career growth. Key Responsibilities: - Calendar Management: Schedule and manage medico-legal appointments such as consultations, depositions, and court appearances. - Email Coordination: Draft, respond to, and manage communications with clients and legal teams. - Scheduling & Rescheduling: Update schedules, manage cancellations, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. - Administrative Support: Handle documentation, follow up on case progress, and respond to inquiries. - Compliance & Confidentiality: Maintain ethical handling of confidential medical/legal information. - Client Communication: Communicate professionally with US-based clients. - Resource Allocation Support: Coordinate internal capacity to ensure timely service delivery. Qualifications Required: - Excellent written and spoken English skills - Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems easily - Proficient in managing calls, emails, and calendars with high accuracy - Positive energy, accountability, and respect in the workplace - Commitment to night shift work and long-term growth - Basic medical understanding (general concepts; deep radiology knowledge not required) Please note that we are looking for individuals who are serious, committed, and genuinely interested in contributing to our team.
