Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Medical Transcriptionist to join our team in the Radiology Department at Raigad Hospital and Research Centre. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in medical transcription, with expertise in radiology and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Accurately and efficiently transcribe medical records from various sources, including radiology reports.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines when handling sensitive patient information.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify diagnoses or treatment plans.
Stay updated with industry developments and advancements in medical technology and techniques.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance transcription services.
Develop and implement effective time management strategies to meet deadlines.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
Proficiency in using transcription software and equipment.
Excellent listening and typing skills, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
