Format and proofread pathology reports, test summaries, and correspondence.
Ensure all transcriptions comply with established lab policies, medical standards, and legal requirements.
Coordinate with lab staff and physicians to clarify unclear information or missing details.
File, store, and retrieve reports and records as per documentation policies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology, laboratory procedures, and transcription best practices.
