As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and persuading them to make a purchase or schedule appointments. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided database or leads list. Introduce company products/services to potential customers and educate them about the benefits. Answer incoming calls from potential customers and respond to their inquiries promptly and courteously. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversions. Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in our products/services. Document all interactions with customers accurately in the CRM system. Meet or exceed established KPIs and sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads. Requirements: Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar role in a call center environment. Excellent communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone voice. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
