Job Description: As a Medical Transcription Trainer, you will be responsible for training individuals in the field of medical transcription. Your role will involve imparting knowledge and skills to help develop professionals in this specialized area. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct training sessions for individuals interested in pursuing a career in medical transcription - Create and deliver educational materials to enhance understanding of transcription techniques and terminology - Provide feedback and guidance to trainees to improve their transcription skills - Stay updated with industry developments and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant Qualification Required: - Certification in Medical Coding and Medical Scribing will be advantageous - Strong command over English language, both spoken and written - Previous experience in medical transcription or related field will be a plus Please note: This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers.
