We’re hiring a Patient Advisor with 3+ years of experience coaching and assisting patients based on specific diagnoses, with strong grounding in clinical concepts and human anatomy.
What you’ll do
Provide personalized education/coaching on diagnosis, treatment plans, medications, lifestyle & adherence
Conduct tele/virtual interactions with global patients; coordinate follow-ups & care navigation
Document accurate case notes in EMR; maintain privacy & compliance
Collaborate with physicians/care managers; escalate clinical red flags; track outcomes
What you’ll need
Medical academic background (e.g., BSc Nursing/BPT/BPharm/MPharm/Allied Health/MBBS)
3+ years patient-facing experience (care coach/case manager/clinical counselor/SDET? → not applicable)
Strong clinical reasoning, clear communication & empathy
Comfort with EMR/CRM and telehealth tools; fluent English (extra languages a plus)
Flexibility for global patient time zones if required
