Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Tourism Case Manager based in Navi Mumbai. The Case Manager will be responsible for converting leads of people abroad looking for their surgery/medical treatment in India. Teh person will be in coordinating and managing medical cases, ensuring personalized care for each client. Daily tasks include liaising with healthcare providers, coordinating treatment plans, managing utilization of medical resources, and providing case management services. The role also involves assisting patients in navigating their medical journey, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Patient Management to provide personalized attention to international patients travelling to India for their surgery/medical treatment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients and medical professionals.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the medical tourism industry and healthcare systems is an advantage.
