Full Job Description Job description –Staff Nurses Qualifications: GNM/BSc/MSc Nurisng. Minimum 1 years experience in a reputed hospital. FOOD & HOSTEL FACILITY AVAILABLE FOR NURSING STAFF Responsibilities: Identify patient’s care requirements, focus on their needs and act on them. Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members. Have Good Expertise in assisting the doctors and medical officer in operation theater, surgeries, and medical emergencies. Promotes patient’s health by completing the nursing process. Nurture a compassionate environment by providing psychological support. Resolve or report on patients’ needs or problems. Prepare patients for examinations and perform routine diagnostic checks (monitor pulse, blood pressure and temperature, provide drugs and injections etc). Monitor and record patient’s condition and document provided care services. Treat medical emergencies. Administer workloads. Operating Medical Equipments. Providing basic bedside care. Maintaining Inventory.
