1. Medical Surveillance & Health Monitoring Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and exit medical examinations as per statutory norms (e.g., Factories Act, 1948). Maintain and update employee health records (Form 7, Form 32, etc.). Monitor exposure-related health issues (dust, heat, noise, chemicals) and advise preventive measures.
