Medical Superintendent

As the Medical Superintendent (Medical admin) at Anvi Newborn and Child Hospital, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the administration and management of medical services. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of patient care, ensuring efficient hospital operations, and collaborating with the medical staff and management to achieve excellence in healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Leadership: Provide effective leadership to the administrative team, ensuring the smooth operation of hospital functions.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of patient care and safety through continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Budget Management: Manage the budgetary aspects of hospital operations efficiently.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Foster collaboration among medical staff, nursing, and other departments for seamless patient care.

Qualifications:

• Medical Degree (MBBS/MD) with a valid medical license.
• Proven experience in hospital administration.
