TCS is hiring

Job Responsibilities

Provide medical expertise and judgment during case-handling, including medical review of individual cases.
Ensure compliance with global and local procedural documents and implement client and organizational policies.
Perform medical coding of case data (AE and Drug terms) using MedDRA and WHO-DD.
Assess medical plausibility, consistency, and completeness of SADR case reports.
Request follow-up information and initiate product/event-related questionnaires when necessary.
