🔹 About the Role

Medical Scribes – Care Management

🔹 Responsibilities

  • Work alongside healthcare providers to document patient encounters in real-time.
  • Manage and update patient health records in EMR systems.
  • Prepare clinical summaries, referrals, prior authorizations, and care coordination notes.
  • Perform care management tasks such as appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and patient outreach.
  • Maintain confidentiality as per HIPAA compliance.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness in patient documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with providers for clarification when needed.

🔹 Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, ICD/CPT codes.
  • Prior experience in

    Medical Scribing / Care Management / US Healthcare

    preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy in documentation.

🔹 Education

  • Graduate (Any stream)
  • Life sciences background is preferred but not mandatory.
