• Visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies on a daily basis as per the field plan
• Promote company products ethically and effectively to healthcare professionals
• Explain product features, benefits, and usage accurately
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and pharmacists
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct product detailing and presentations
• Collect market feedback and competitor information
• Maintain daily call reports, expense reports, and other required documentation
• Attend training programs, sales meetings, and review sessions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

• Bachelor's degree in

  Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Biotechnology / Chemistry / Any relevant discipline

• Freshers are welcome; prior field sales exposure is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in the field and travel within assigned territory
• Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products (training will be provided)
• Self-driven, confident, and result-oriented attitude
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt

• Presentation and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts
• Familiarity with MS Office or reporting tools
