About Lo! Foods India is currently the Diabetes capital of the world, with 75 Million individuals affected and projected to surpass 100 Million within the next 3-5 years. Additionally, there are between 70-100 Million people in India who are pre-diabetic. This health crisis poses a significant challenge that requires urgent attention. Established in 2019, Lo! Foods is a pioneering company focused on reducing Carbohydrates in food products. The company initially introduced a range of Ultra Low Carbohydrate items tailored for individuals following a Ketogenic diet or those struggling with severe Diabetes issues and Type 1 Diabetes. Leveraging their expertise in Carbohydrate reduction without compromising on nutrition, taste, and texture, Lo! Foods has expanded its product line to include a specialized range of daily food products specifically designed for Diabetics. Job Role We are seeking a Medical Sales Representative to promote and sell our diabetic range products to various stakeholders including doctors, pharmacists, and end consumers. The primary responsibilities of the medical representative will involve enhancing product awareness, addressing inquiries, offering advice, and introducing new products to the market. Key Responsibilities - Scheduling appointments and meetings with healthcare professionals in community and hospital settings - Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities - Negotiating contracts with potential clients - Demonstrating and presenting products to healthcare staff such as doctors, nurses, and pharmacists - Conducting relevant research to stay informed about market trends - Balancing the business and scientific requirements of healthcare professionals - Maintaining comprehensive records of interactions and transactions - Participating in and organizing trade exhibitions, conferences, and events - Managing allocated budgets effectively - Evaluating sales performance and preparing reports and other relevant documents Key Skills - Possess 5 to 8 years of experience in the medical representative domain - Demonstrate commercial awareness, preferably with previous experience in handling diabetic products - Proficient in presentation and research skills - Ability to negotiate and collaborate on contracts and business agreements - Strong interpersonal and communication abilities - Effective organizational skills Skills: FMCG, Presentation Skills, Communication Skills, Effective Communication, Sales, Interpersonal Skills,
