Medical Sales Representative

Archish Fertility & IVF focuses on ethical and scientific practices in the field of infertility. The company's flagship center is a 5000 square feet fertility and wellness clinic located in Bangalore, with presence on Old Airport Road, Sahakar Nagar, HSR Layout, Whitefield, J.P. Nagar and E-City, providing a soothing and calm environment for couples undergoing the IVF process.

We are looking to hire someone who can build a strong network within the Gynec doctors in the HAL, Sahakar Nagar and Whitefield area.

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Generating business by means of referral marketing through connections built across the gynec doctors in a particular area
• Stabilising a relationship across the doctors
• Pitch the related doctors to work with Archish as a part of referral marketing
• Visit different doctors and get leads of patients who are willing to undergo IVF.

The candidate must be from Pharma, hospital, Stem cell Banking or related industry.

Someone from Gynecology or IVF segment is a plus point.

The role includes daily travel allowances and incentives as per the performance.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Location: HAL, Indiranagar, Sahakar Nagar

Qualifications:

• Experience 2-4 years proven experience in Business Development/Sales.

• Experience in healthcare / Medical background is mandatory

• Sales, Marketing, and Relationship Management skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience/Knowledge on fertility industry or IVF is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
