Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Strong connections with doctors and pharmacists.
  • Experience in cardiology or gastroenterology will be an added advantage.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to discuss products.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals to ensure consistent sales growth.
  • Monitor competitor activities and share market insights with management.
  • Take responsibility for building and managing strong professional networks while promoting our products.
  • Stay updated on medical advancements and industry trends to support business strategies.
  • Establish and lead a new sales team within the assigned territory.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel extensively as required.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience in pharma/medical/healthcare sales is mandatory.

  • A strong existing network of doctors and pharmacists is an advantage.
  • Preferred experience in

    cardiology or gastroenterology.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
