Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Review

  large-volume medical records

  with

  speed, accuracy, and consistency.

• Extract

  relevant medical facts

  , diagnoses, treatment timelines, and clinical progressions.
• Prepare

  Concise Summaries, Chronologies, Narrative Summaries, and Billing Summaries

  exactly as per internal quality formats.
• Identify

  protocol deviations, red flags, diagnostic gaps, and treatment delays

  where required.
• Maintain

  strict confidentiality & HIPAA compliance

  at all times.
• Ensure

  zero-tolerance

  for copy-paste errors, timeline mismatches, or unsupported medical statements.
• Communicate clearly with

  Team Leads, Auditors, and Clients

  when clarification is needed.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Background:

  BPT / MPT / BDS / MBBS / Nursing / PharmD / Life Sciences with strong medical subject knowledge.

• Language:

  Excellent written English. Must be able to

  interpret clinical documentation and rewrite it in clear, professional language

  .

• Tools:

  Comfortable working with

  PDF editors, EHR systems, and medical record review platforms

  .
