Job Description

Role Overview: As a Medical Representative, your main responsibility will be to promote our medicines to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies in your assigned area. If you enjoy interacting with new people, traveling locally, and assisting healthcare professionals in selecting the right products for their patients, this role is perfect for you. Key Responsibilities: - Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies daily to provide information about our products. - Achieve monthly sales targets by converting product discussions into prescriptions and orders. - Create a structured call schedule and maintain detailed notes for each visit. - Conduct small meetings or demonstrations to share product knowledge as needed. - Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback on market trends. - Confirm orders and ensure timely delivery to customers. Qualification Required: - Graduation in any stream (Science or Pharmacy background is an advantage). - 0-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales; freshers are welcome with a willingness to learn. - Strong communication skills and a positive demeanor. - Ability to travel locally on a daily basis. - Preferred possession of a two-wheeler and a valid license. - Basic smartphone and email proficiency for reporting purposes.
