Job Description

We are hiring dynamic and motivated Medical Representatives (MR) to join our Surgical Division in Malappuram District. The role requires promoting and selling surgical products, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Promote and market surgical products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and key stakeholders.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Provide product information, demonstrations, and support to clients.
• Explore new market opportunities within the assigned region.
• Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Science/Commerce/Pharmacy preferred).
• Male candidates preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Malappuram district.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
