About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Medical Representative (MR) to join our team at Riddhi Siddhi Medical Agency. The MR will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, chemists, and healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and healthcare practitioners.
• Conduct regular visits to doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies to generate prescriptions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market share in the assigned territory.
• Ensure proper product knowledge and deliver accurate information to customers.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support.
• Prepare daily reports on sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, Commerce, or related fields (B.Sc., B.Pharma, B.Com, BBA, or any graduation).
• Freshers are welcome; prior experience in pharmaceutical sales will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
