Job Description – Medical Representative Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Medical Representative with 4–5 years of proven experience in promoting general medicine and orthopedic products. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of pharmaceutical sales, excellent communication skills, and a solid track record of achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities • Promote general medicine and orthopedic products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clients. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company goals. • Conduct product presentations and training sessions for clients and stakeholders. • Regularly follow up on product performance and client feedback. • Coordinate with the supply chain to ensure timely product delivery, PO & revenue collection. • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, competitor activities, and industry trends. • Submit daily/weekly reports and maintain CRM data accurately. Required Qualifications and Skills • Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, or related field (B.Sc/B.Pharm/D.Pharm). • 4–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, especially in general and orthopedic medicine. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong customer relationship management and follow-up abilities. • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. • Proficient in using MS Office.
