Job Role: Medical Representative (MR)

We are hiring Medical Representatives (MRs) in Jaipur to drive doctor partnerships and implement our QR-based appointment booking system.

Responsibilities

• Onboard doctors onto the Tap2Doctor platform.
• Explain the benefits of the Smart QR Code Appointment Booking System to doctors.
• Install and set up QR codes at clinics/hospitals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Achieve monthly onboarding targets.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹5,000 per month
• Commission: ₹3,000 per successful doctor onboarding
• Pension Plan: Lifetime ₹20,000/month if you achieve 80+ onboardings target

Who Can Apply

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Candidates with strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Prior experience in pharma sales, healthcare marketing, or field sales is a plus.
• Must be target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Based in Jaipur or willing to relocate.
