Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Medical Representative (MR) to promote our products to healthcare professionals and institutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for healthcare, and the ability to build strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell pharmaceutical or healthcare products to doctors and pharmacists.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in assigned territory.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the medical community.
Organize meetings, presentations, and product demos with potential clients.
Ensure timely reporting of daily activity and sales figures.
Stay updated on new product developments and competitor activities.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of medical terminology and market trends.
Ability to travel frequently within assigned territory.
Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare marketing.
Fluency in local language(s) and English.
Positive attitude and high energy level.
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
