Medical Representative - Dermatology Division

As a dynamic and self-driven Medical Representative in our Dermatology division, you will play a crucial role in promoting our derma products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, clinics, and hospitals. Your primary responsibilities will involve building strong customer relationships, conducting product presentations, ensuring product availability, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory. You will be expected to regularly meet with existing and potential customers to foster rapport and generate demand for our dermatology products. Organizing product presentations and detailing sessions for healthcare professionals will also be part of your job scope. Additionally, you will work towards ensuring product visibility in pharmacies and clinics while staying abreast of product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities. Maintaining accurate records of visits, feedback, and sales reports will be essential, along with collaborating with the marketing team for campaign execution and market insights. Attending medical conferences, seminars, and training sessions as required will further enhance your knowledge and skills in the field. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a B.Pharm, D.Pharm, MBA integrated Pharmacy, or related field (preferred) and have at least 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative, with Dermatology experience being a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are crucial, along with a self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented attitude.
