**Job Title:** Medical Representative (Field Sales)

**Location:** Byculla / Mahalaxmi

**Salary:** Up to ₹40,000 per month + Incentives

**Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years in Medical / Pharma Sales

**About the Role:**

We are looking for a driven and persuasive Medical Representative to promote our pharmaceutical products, build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Visit doctors, clinics, and pharmacies to promote company products.

* Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers.

* Organize product presentations and demonstrations.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Keep accurate records of daily visits and sales reports.

* Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

**Requirements:**

* Minimum 1–2 years of experience as MR in Pharma Sales.

* Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

* Good knowledge of medical terminology and products.

* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

* Own two-wheeler with valid driving license.
