Medical Record Department (MRD) Manager / In-Charge

Location:

Medical Record Department (MRD) Manager / In-Charge

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the Medical Record Department.
Ensure accurate documentation, coding, filing, and retrieval of medical records.
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards
Supervise, train, and manage medical record staff.
Conduct regular audits, quality checks, and verification of records.
Coordinate with clinical, nursing, and administrative teams for smooth workflow.
Prepare departmental MIS reports and maintain performance data.
Contribute to process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum
5-10 Years
experience in Medical Record/Health Information Department,.
Strong knowledge of ICD, CPT, and other medical coding standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
