Medical Receptionist

Qualifications/Eligibility

-A high school diploma or equivalent along with 5+ year of experience in medical assisting or administration is required.

- Basic understanding of medical jargon associated with lifestyle disorders.  Excellent communication skills - Verbal & Oral.

- Must be polite, friendly, self-motivated and empathetic with patients. Role & Responsibility

- Should be welcoming to patients, vendors, pharmaceutical representatives, and other visitors to our hospital.

-Handling CRM for booking or appointments. Scanning pertinent patient information into EMR including patient authorizations.

-Complete accurate documentation of patient visits.

- Answer patient/ Visitor’s questions and provide assistance and directions when necessary.

-Utilize our medical office software/ CRM or Gini app to schedule new and follow-up appointments for our patients.

-Maintaining confidentiality of all patient records.

-Obtain revenue by recording and updating financial information, recording and collecting patient charges, controlling credit extended to patients, and filing, collecting and expediting third-party claims.

-Assess the total needs of the patient and understand the care plan of the patient.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
